Smokra Devilled Eggs
These deviled eggs are elevated with a topping of tangy Smokra, adding a zesty twist to the classic appetizer. The creamy yolk filling, seasoned with a touch of mustard and tabasco sauce, contrasts beautifully with the crisp and spicy okra. How to make:
1. Separate yolk (yellow portion) from the white and add into a bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, tabasco sauce, chives, black pepper and salt and mix.
3. Fill this mixture in a pipping bag.
4. Pipe on the hole of the egg (white part).
5. Place a slice of the Smokra on top.
6. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika powder to garnish before serving.
