Ingredients:

• 1 can of croissant dough
• 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
• 10 - 12 pieces of The People’s Pickle, chopped
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 - 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning mix

How to make:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Roll out the croissant dough and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.
3. Join 2 small triangles to make a big one. From this one can you can make 4 big triangles.
4. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, and chopped pickles until well combined.
5. Add the cheese pickle mix on top of a triangle and evenly spread out. Make sure it's not going out of the lines.
6. Add a layer of mozzarella.
7. Place another dough triangle on top to cover the filling and cheese, creating a sandwich of dough and filling.
8.Use a knife or pizza cutter to make cuts from the edges toward the center of each triangle, leaving a 0.5-inch gap at the center.
9.Twist the dough strips to form the "branches" of your Christmas tree.
10. Brush the melted butter generously over the dough.
11. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning mix evenly over the top for added flavor and crunch.
12. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
13. Let the bread cool slightly before serving. Pair it with your favorite dipping sauce for a festive, crowd-pleasing appetizer!
